For purposes of comparison, the fastest man-made vehicle on earth, the Ulysses space probe, moves at a poky 27.4 miles per second-a conventional reindeer can run, tops, 15 miles per hour.

4. The payload on the sleigh adds another interesting element. Assuming that each child gets nothing more than a medium-sized lego set (2 pounds), the sleigh is carrying 321,300 tons, not counting Santa, who is invariably described as overweight. On land, conventional reindeer can pull no more than 300 pounds. Even granting that "flying reindeer" (see point #1) could pull TEN TIMES the normal amount, we cannot do the job with eight, or even nine. We need 214,200 reindeer. This increases the payload-not even counting the weight of the sleigh-to 353,430 tons. Again, for comparison-this is four times the weight of the Queen Elizabeth.

5. 353,000 tons traveling at 650 miles per second creates enormous air resistance-this will heat the reindeer up in the same fashion as spacecrafts re-entering the earth's atmosphere. The lead pair of reindeer will absorb 14.3 QUINTILLION joules of energy. Per second. Each. In short, they will burst into flame almost instantaneously, exposing the reindeer behind them, and create deafening sonic booms in their wake. The entire reindeer team will be vaporized within 4.26 thousandths of a second. Santa, meanwhile, will be subjected to centrifugal forces 17,500.06 times greater than gravity. A 250-pound Santa (which seems ludicrously slim) would be pinned to the back of his sleigh by 4,315,015 pounds of force. In conclusion: If Santa ever DID deliver presents on Christmas Eve, he's dead now.

Hi everyone.

I am graduating from UTP by December this year. Doing my bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering..
the thing is, my classmates are mostly shortlisted to go for interview for oil & gas companies (e.g. Schlumberger, Shell, Talisman, Ranhill)
which is held today & tomorrow in UTP.. I 'm so sad because I didn't get any interviews just because my CGPA does not meet their requirements which
results in automatic elimination..
my CGPA is 2.98.. what difference does it make with the 3.0 scorers? by only a margin of 0.02, my life is going to be totally different..
most companies hiring fresh grads will straight away disregard those whos CGPA is below 3.0.
considering UTP has a higher standard compared to any other local universities, I think 2.98 should qualify for the interview...
I am so worried to be unemployed for the next coming years since I come from a poor family..
enlighten me please.

Dammit... whenever korean celebrities come to malaysia only cainis get the info... ads are in cainis...

Malay ppl watch korean dramas and korean MVs too but why the ads are all in cainis..

Last time Big bang came... damn it... no ads whatsoever in TV.. I wonder when SNSD, Wonder Girls, Kara, and so many more will come. I wouldn't wanna miss those..

I can say that most in my family enjoy korean + japanese entertainment...

My mother loves korean drama the most. Sadly there are some japanese dramas are dubbed into mandarin... aarrghh... subtitle is good enuff.

My younger sister is crazy doing abracadabra (brown eyed girls) & Bo Peep (T-ara) dances..

More n more malay are enjoying korean n japanese entertainment but there wasn't enuff exposure..

I hope one day SNSD will rock Malaysia!! ( I wanna see Taeyeon so bad...

So I went to TMpoint Batu Gajah to report (he's keeping track of me). then I asked the male staff there whether I can pay the rm800+ altogether next year since I will be graduating college this December so I would have the money to pay. He then said "okay, it's fine as long as you pay". And I asked him again, "shouldn't you make any remarks of what both of us said today as a proof to MUSYI that I came by TMpoint?". He said there is no need to do so. then MUSYI called me again and asked for the RM400+ (50% from total). I told him the conversation I had with this TMpoint Batu Gajah staff and he asked me to go back and call him. (he wants to speak with the guy). what is wrong with you TM staffs?? why can't you just call your colleagues directly?? Why are you creating so much fuss over RM800+? why is TM so desperate to get their hands on a mere RM400+ from a student who gets RM500 per month allowance?? I don't mind to be on the blacklist. I can clear my name after paying it next year. After all, IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THIS HAD TO HAPPEN!!!
