Currently, employed under a '3year old' [subsidiary (start up environment)] of a very huge 'got name' SG MNC with billion dollar deals. Gonna be sent overseas to set up new business there as a 'country manager' to oversee operations, sales and marketing and hiring/team. In charge of spending very substantial marketing budget for building brand awareness . Hiring and coordinating a team of local 5-8 but being paid with high fresh grad Ringgit pay. Whereas, my colleague which are SGporeans in the same position getting the same amount but in SGD. My another MYsian collegue whom got offered this same position has 9years experience and is being paid accordingly to Malaysian rate. Industry is a E-commerce/ single product / scalable/ FMCG/ superior product and costing that it is nearly impossible to fail. GM do not micro manage. Currently, fast expanding to APAC regions, hence of this position.

Graduated with Msc in Accounting and FInance with CIMA professional paper. if i give up on this current role.
