After auction, when can get keys?

Hi,

Last week I went to a bank lelong and successfully become the highest bidder for one of the houses.
My question is, when will I get the keys for the house? Should I get it from the bank, or from auctioneer, or whom?

Some people told me probably no one will give us any key and I may have to ask a locksmith to open the door. In that case, when will I be allowed to legally do so? Immediately after the auction, or after I obtain a home loan, or after the loan is disbursed?

[WTA] Most worthwhile canned dog food and its dist

I have two dogs, both are heavy eaters, but very picky with food.
Recently one of the dogs stopped eating completely, unless i give him canned (wet) dog food.
So I am thinking to change to canned dog food for the long term.
2 dogs x 1.5 kg per meal x 2 meals per day = 6 kg per day, so I plan to buy in large quantity from wholesale distributor directly to save cost.

I have 2 questions:
1) which brand of canned dog food is the most worthwhile? Worthwhile means having a good balance of nutrients but at the same time not too expensive.
2) who is the wholesale distributor for that brand?

Googled for quite a long time but can't find satisfactory answer, so hope someone will spoon-feed me here.

[WTA] where to buy iphone with gov's RM200 rebate

hi all. not sure i ask in the right place or not.
may i know where can i buy iphone (without contract, just machine) in KL/PJ area, which accept the government's RM200 rebate?
government website only list out telco companies like celcom, maxis, digi etc.
but i know some shops like senheng also can accept the rebate (but senheng dun hav iphone), so the list in government website is not complete.
so, anyone has any idea where can i get an iphone with the rebate?
