Question about rig

Hello guys, previously I post topic about recommendation gaming rig, back then I decide to go with Clem1982 suggestion that is,

Intel core i5 2500k Rm629
MSI GTX 560 Ti HAWK Rm839 (Cycom)

I have some question about that this suggestion, where back then I didnt notice about certain thing

1st question is; would 500 wattage is enough for some minor cpu and gpu overclocking?and also if i would to include Cooler Master Hyper 212+ would 500 wattage enough?

2nd question is; If I have litte bit more money should I go for MSI P67A-G65 for mobo?since MSI P67A-G65 got really good rating here and as well as other place, btw I didnt know if MSI P67A-G65 is faster than MSI P67A-C45 or not or speed bus is just the same...

for more info my build rig is for gaming, I will going with into minor overclocking on cpu and gpu but not going into either SLI or crossfire since I didnt like the idea of 2 card together that would definitely increase in huge temperature I would rather buy single powerful card like gtx 580 or something.

I done some research about both AMD and Intel setup with my budget is around Rm 2400

I already have monitor, keyboard, mouse, speaker....

the question is which rig setup should i go? for AMD setup I could get higher/better graphic card while Intel setup I could get faster processor and better motherboard, another thing between those two processor Intel processor were much hotter when system is going to full load which really concerns me.

I build my rig for medium budget gaming rig, totally gaming but not that high end setup
