help
im using blackberry storm 2 9550
i've no problem when i use it in my origin country
but when i try to use it in malaysia, i had a lot of problem

from the difficulty to get the BIS plan
and what i hate the most, i cannot check my balance using the *126# for digi, and it happens the same when I switch and dial *100# for hotlink.
the problem is when I dial that particular number
the BB itself dont want to loading to get the menu, it make a direct call
so when I dial that number, I can hear the operator girl say something that "wrong number, please check again your number"

i dont have this problem in my country... somebody help me

Hi, I want to buy something form ebay..
and the item will cost me about 700rm

This is the 1st time I try to buy a thing from abroad
anyone know how much taxes or charge that I must to pay?

and anyone know how much is the limit for imported item to be freed for extra charge,duty,tax,ect?

hi.. im using storm2 verizon...
i already subscribe BIS plan for celcom
it's said success, they deducted my balance also, but the host routing table still empty...
ive try to register and plug the battery thousand times... but it's useless

I wonder why...
because last time im using digi, i still can use my bis..
but digi is too expensive, beside, i dont need internet service..

anybody help me??

Storm 2 BIS plan got problem

Hi... Im using BB Storm 2 VERIZON and got problem with my BIS..
I really upset now cause the DIGI itself doens know how to solve my Problem

I cannot connect to BIS, although I had already subscribe...

I have tried a lot of things...:

then:Advanced Option
then: Host Routing Table
GPRS MY (502) [50201630].......look like default setting coz always bold display

try resetting the routing table manually for each that is grey out! i start from bottom up!

it seem that for Verizon Unlocked set, everytime you restart your phone!

the verizon APN,
which is emgsm.vzw3g.com which is hardcoded into the phone ROM will take over if weak signal is detected on initial startup!

On your Host Routing Table,
if it display
APN: emgsm.vzw3g.com
then i guarantee your BIS will not WORK!

But it somehow display
APN:blackberry.net
then BIS will be working fine!

APN Settings Enabled under TCP/IP setting to blackberry.net or diginet have no effect on BIS.
but do untick APN Authentication Enabled!
(set to blackberry.net)....just in case!

On Mobile Network;
This is what i did to ensure that it stay on Digi Network on Booting Up(my theory lah)
is to select Manual instead of Automatic (Network Selection Mode)

Try it and let me know
If Signal keep changing between 2G and 3G
Your Host Routing Table APN should be still blackberry.net

The connection should change from 3G to small letter edge

After several SOFT RESETTING of ur device,u'll b able 2 receive an email..den tadaaa...ur BIS is back again..

i did tried a couple of times at my own device and it does work same goes to my frens..happy trying...anything,do let me know..cheers guys..

and now the worst things is I cant register the routing table...

my routing table is empty...
please help me solve my problem...

or is there another provider that doenst have any problem with storm 2 verizon??
