New graphic card but monitor shows ntg

My graphic card started to give problems couple months back...displaying lines and snows...

So I bought an Asus EAH5450 DDR2 1GB graphic card and plug in on... unfortunately my monitor shows nothing but black screen

Does anything know what is the problem with my pc? I called up the guy from the shop I bought my card, he says it could be not enough power supply..

I just checked, it's 350W max....

I'm suspecting an abandoned car near my office is a stolen car as the interior is mess up, all wiring and cable opened up, and odometer as well.....

Problem with my phone line

My streamyx always not stable n disconnect frequenly....about twice ithin half an hour..sometimes getting worst about twice every 15 minutes...

call to complaint....n da guy say he can hear my phoneline is abit noisy...got zz..zz... sound like tat....n it's true my phoneline is noisy....

can any1 tell me how can i solve this problem?

as i know from telekom main line connect to house line....got a rectangular box device (grey color, size like half a ciggy box) connecting both line 2gether....but mine dun have this box.... n i think this da cause of noisy line

do any1 know where can i buy the box from??? Advice pls...TQTQ
