Need help to save my galaxy tab P1000

Dear all,

I was trying to upgrade my galaxy tab P1000 to gingerbread version. However, it shows black screen.

As recommended, I attempted to try hardware key reset which it doesn't show any response.

The lights for the menu button below the tab is on, I pressed the power button and Volume +, it still remaines at black screen condition.

Please help me!!

Why I can't make video call with Digi 3G?

Im using nokia e72 currently with Digi 3G line.
I do use my mobile internet with my current Digi line.
However, when I tried to make video call, an error message prompted "not supported by network"

Anyone can help me on this ?
