How I solved my skin allergy problem!

Hi guys, I used to have skin rashes for unknown reason. I suspect is air because when my body is exposed to air, my skin gets very very itchy .And sometimes it gets so itchy i can't sleep.

What helped me tremendously :
1) now foods vitamin c supplement 1000mg.
I take one tablet per day. Remember must Drink lots of water.

2) Jarrow gluthathione supplement
I took this one tablet per day too.

I bought them from Iherb.

After about one month, my skin rashes SOLVED.

It's worth trying guys. Not guarantee it will work on you but it definitely works for me! No advertisement here okay. Just pure sharing

BEST way to easily remove leg corns!

Hi guys. I just want to share something with you guys.

I sprained my leg couple years ago and now, I can sprain it easily if i did not warm up long enough before an intensive jogging/running

That time I sprained my leg but I still went for a run. An intensive run. (Corns can be formed when you run using wrong pressure)

Slowly, I realized my foot hurt and then day by day I saw something swelling up and it can't go off no matter how! I tried daily massaging, daily exfoliating, cutting it off slightly. Nothing works.

Then I just ignored it anyway and just run more and more using the wrong foot pressure. More and more corns appeared and the swelling got worse and worse and worse until I felt really pain when I walk.

So I googled and then only know they are leg Corns/Callus. I have at least 10 of them in one foot. FML.

I was very very depressed as I can't even walk properly without feeling pain on a daily basis one of the worst stage in my life.

I've tried many many advices from google and even thought of going for a minor surgery sigh.

Once, I went Singapore with my friends and I can't even walk much and I felt super guilty to my friends.

I even went to buy special leg corns removal and even exfoliate my leg super duper often. And even thought of buying these corn pads to prevent the pain.

But those were completely useless.

Until one day I suddenly thought of something : Tea Tree Oil.

Tea Tree Oil is one of my top holy grail product to remove my acne when I have huge one on my face. So I guess, since it reduces inflammation and swelling, might as well can remove corns right?

So, I gave it a try. And I was super glad I tried that.

I apply it very diligently day and night, or whenever I feel like applying it.

Few days or few weeks later (I can't remember already) those 10+ ugly annoying corns just hardened!!

I was totally but super happy at the same time. I tried to pull out the whole hardened corns from my leg and to my greatest surprise, the whole thing just went out!!

After you pulled it out there will be a small shallow hole on your feet but fret not, it will go off soon.

And now, my leg is totally 100% free from leg corns!!!!

I'm using Tea Tree Oil from The Body Shop. Its RM28 only so affordable and it saves you from all the pain and sufferings.

I'm so happy I found this method and I feel I must share with you guys. Please do give it a try.

A humble and honest review from myself :

So I am a house/trance LOVER. I love love love love bass. Most of the people out there advise me to get headphone instead of earphone for bass. But I really prefer something small ,portable ,easy to carry. I mainly use during boring classes (earphone will be perfect for me so that lecturers won't notice ) and also in library and also on long journey travelling. One of my friend recommend me to get this Superlux HD381 for bass and he said with this price you can get really strong and deep bass for trance and house. I myself put budget on the first priority. And by comparing with others strong bass earphone that need AT LEAST RM100 and above, still feeling unsure and indecisive, I decided to give this a try. So I myself am using Superlux HD381 (bass). I LOVEEEEEEEE this earphone!!! With only RM60+ I can get a supersatisfied earphone that gives me eargasm everytime I listen to trance and house make it sooooo worth it. In fact I tried ALOT of famous and expensive earphones and headphones here and there but none give me the satisfaction of such strong bass. Although HD381 is famous for its bass, they don't lose a bit on voice clarity too. So really thumbs up for this product.

Skin Allergy, Itchy rashes

Hi all, anyone having this problem?

When my skin is exposed to coldness/wind my skin will feel damn super itchy. I have to take cold bath to sooth it. Then after awhile, it came back again.

My ONLY WAY is to cover myself up with long sleeve and long pants. =(

I had this problem for almost half a year already, previously no such problem.

My bedsheet, clothes, everything is clean. Is it the soap I'm using? Or isit I'm allergic to certain food? Or any other ideas you guys can think off? I really don't know. =(

And any ways to cure it?
