Details of the complaint :

i bought a Ducky DK9008S Mechanical Keyboard with ModernoPC.com at 19 Feb, but the item didn't come with “free 2012 Ducky Exclusive Arm Rest” as promise on the sale thread without noticed me, ModernoPC.com told me the Arm Rest will ship to me FOC once the Arm Rest arrived.

few months passed, ModernoPC.com still owe me the Arm Rest, since ModernoPC.com decide to closure his store business at Apr, ModernoPC.com throw this issue to the Ducky Product Distributor - storm88, and storm88 admitted this issue with me.

but this issue still no ending until today (6 Nov) since storm88 admitted my issue at 12 May, he also scolded me once because he unlike me asking the Arm Rest from month to month, latest PM from him are 22 Oct, but nothing new in his PM only with the word "will be arrive soon", i already waited about 9 month for a Arm Rest, this is nonsense, I'm really tired for this issue.

Below is the announcement he pose at 24 Jul, any suggestion for me to handle this problem? Did any one had received the Arm Rest?
