            <title>Qns: Intel 945GSE chipset on ICH-7M izzit sata 1.5</title>

            <description>The above chipset is atom N270/280 chipset used.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just wanna find out. the chipset support sataI/1.5G or sataII/3.0G?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Search the net but cant give me much information.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this is cochran TS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;K. i have installed the corsair F120 120GB to my HP Mini 5101. But its only working in sata1 speed on AHCI mode..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bios sata native enable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The controller onboard is ich7-m 82801GBM. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From here &lt;a href='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_chipsets' target='_blank'&gt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_chipsets&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its stated that the controller is sata2 capable. But i used crystalbench and using intel rapid storage to confirm. its only on sata1 connection. My crystalbench is getting only 130mb max read.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And fr a website on lenovo state that the controller capped it to sata1 speed?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://forum.notebookreview.com/leno...olution-3.html' target='_blank'&gt;http://forum.notebookreview.com/leno...olution-3.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can some expert advise me?             <title>Body Solid or Similar Equipment (AKA Power Tower)</title>

The is usually known as Power Tower after much searching on the internet.
