[WTA] Altec FX4021 or Logitech Z-2300

As topic, I researched on both but the problem is reality always different on what paper says..
Kinda confused now because of Z-2300 has total 200watt / 80 for satellites and 120 for the woofer and with THX certified while the FX4021 has it's own technology like Isobaric dual 5.25" woofer but doesn't come with the THX certified thingy.

So I'm going to ask for comments on which is better. Thanks in advance
