Sometimes i boot up my pc, i can heard the sound and fans are running few second, after that it power off it self before post, and then only really boot up second time, is there any problem to my pc?

As u can c, there are 3 highlight place, i wan to ask if i put my subwoofer too near my rig is there any risk? also my wd my book essential just put above the subwoofer due to small table, and my monitor just left site of my subwoofer.

Thinking to buy the Dell U2311H Monitor, because the promotion will finish in this end of month. Do some research around, many ppl suggest it on gaming rig, most largest features is IPS panel, but not really know about it, watching video from youtube, it said with IPS panel, watching video from any direction u wont face any darkblur issues. Do some google found Dell U2311H have some gaming issue. Any Dell U2311H user can give some feedback b4 i purchase it and regret?
