Maxis IPv6 routing wierdness?

Somehow pings to my VPS in SG (Vultr) is significantly worse over ipv6 compared to ipv4. Anyone know whats up with that?
From 13ms to 206ms. I feel like something is off with their routing. Like, is it being routed out to US or something before being bounced back to SG?

Recommendations for tablet?

So I want to buy a tablet but the few models I found isn't released in Malaysia yet....
So based on the following criteria, what tablet should I get?
Criteria:
- Around 1k
- 8" Screen
- Digitizer Stylus support (Wacom preferred)
- Runs full windows (not the RT version)

That aside, anyone knows where I can find any of these models?

- Asus VivoTab Note 8
- Dell Venue Pro 8
- Lenovo Miix 2 8
