as we know high floor alwayz more expensive
some times the price diff more than rm50000

for investment purposes is there any diff to get high vs low floor?
own stay probably should just get high floor

for selling higher floor means got to sell higher to cover charges
also more difficult to sell - selling more expensive
more difficult to buy- more expensive to own
