Hi Sifu,

Would like to ask a word of advise, i am using a Lenovo G40 with the spec below:

It comes preloaded with Windows 8.1.

However, ever since Day 1, i noticed that whenever i am doing any tasks (installing apps, minor graphic projects, loading youtube video), it will show the following and cause my PC to be slow:

I am using McAfee Internet Security Suite and there is a slim chance i have gotten a crapware or virus on my PC.

I am concerned about the HDD because i did some reading elsewhere and it shows that this model WDC-WD5000LPCX-24C6HT0 is has a good 90MBps mixed IOPS?

is my HDD or the SATa cable faulty? I have bought 3 similar units as well for my office, all has the same problem. Or Is it the HDD sucks?

hi sifu.. i just started my business not too long ago and I have two questions:

1) what is claimable from company and will not be taxable?

eg:
Entertainment fee (50% taxable),
food allowance (taxable?),
phone allowance (taxable?),
travelling allowance (taxable?)
and the list goes on.. (please help me list out a few more)

I want to keep my account clean so next year APril 2015 no need headache

2) if i choose a category that is NOT TAXABLE (say food allowance) - can I set a fixed and appropriate amount of food allowance to myself (eg:RM400) and it is filed as non taxable?

Would like to know why is the Bank asking me to sign declaration saying that I CANNOT lease (rent) out the property for as long as I am still serving the loan.

Did any of you get such a clause in your S&P?

please help, all my household members also see such a thing for the first time.
