Diamond Certificate Question

Hi all,

Was offer an engagement ring from one of the "famous" jewelry shop in Malaysia.
However they have a series of diamond come with IAG certificate which I did not heard before and does not seem like this standard is world wide recognized.

The diamond spec is weird also. Example below
Size: Around 0.3carat
Color : Near colourless ( E - G)
Clarity : VS - SI
Cut: EX - VG
Symmetry: EX - VG
Polish: EX - VG
Price: around 2.5 to 3.2k

I am confuse is such double standard is okay to accept?

https://www.iagcertification.com

is diamond with arrow consider real diamond? Because the shop sales person do provide me a magnifier to see the diamond. Just the spec and cert is like hmm hmm.

Please advise
Thank you
