Tax filing for new LLP

I just registered a new LLP and I need to register my company to LHDN. In the CP 600PT form, it states:

SILA KEMUKAKAN:
1. Salinan surat pendaftaran Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad daripada Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
2. Salinan perjanjian Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad

Is it mandatory to provide them with an LLP Agreement?

I understand from SSM that:

The mutual rights and duties of the partners of an LLP and the mutual rights and duties
of the LLP shall be governed by the LLP agreement. However, in the absence of
agreement as to any matter set out in the Second Schedule of the LLP Act 2012,
provisions of the Second Schedule relating to that matter shall apply.

Anyone experience LLP'ers can advise? Thanks!

Hi All, I'm running an event space which is roughly 1,800 sqf and will have 20-50+ users connecting to my WIFI network concurrently. I'm currently using the router (Dlink DIR-615) provided by Unifibiz. We have issues with WIFI connection dropping intermittently when there are >20-30 users.

Is there a reliable router that can support 50+ users?

Tinting advice for my new car

I will be getting my new Honda Jazz soon. Still figuring out which is the best tint to install. Most of my friends recommend 3M and Llumar. Any user experience to share?

Honda provides discount for V-Kool tints but many of my friends told me V-Kool sux and from what i've read from internet, V-Kool is expensive and problematic. It's not friendly for GPS and it will rust after 2-4yrs.

I'm interested to know what other quality tints beside vkool are available out there. My budget is <3k.

Realization Value

I'm confused with the term "Realization Value" for properties. From my understanding, it's a value that has been realized. So does that mean if I buy a property, the purchase price will be the "realization value"? The "Realization Value" will remain as my purchase price till I sell it again rite?
Appreciate if any ppl in finance or real estate to clarify.

Use case preconditions

I've been trying to adopt a standard Use Case format for my requirement documents but have some trouble categorizing some items.
In my use case, I have a section for preconditions. The use case will only be triggered if the preconditions are met. The problem is, how can i best state the actions if the preconditions are not met.. example prompt an error message?

Here's am example of my draft use case format.

Name: Save Product

Goal: For users to save or update data in the Product Details Form.

Actors: Product Administrator

Precondition:
1. All mandatory fields must not be blank.
2. Product Effective Date cannot be earlier than current date.

Trigger: Click on the Save button in the Product Details Form

Main Course:
1. System prompts, "Are you sure you want to save this record?" confirmation message.
2. User clicks on OK.
3. System checks the Product database for any records with the same Product ID.
4. System updates the changes into the record with the matched Product ID.
5. System displays, "Product is successfully updated."

Alternate Course:
2a. If user clicks on Cancel.
2a1. System cancels the save action.
2a2. Use case ends.

4a. If no matched Product ID is found.
4a1. System creates a new record with the data entered in the Product Details Form.
4a2. System displays, "Product is successfully created."
4a3. Use case ends.

Javascript Disabled in Vista's IE7

Hi all,

My IE7 on vista is going bonkers lately. It seems to disable javascripts eventhough i have already enable the following in Internet Options:
- Active Scripting
- Allow Programmatic clipboard Access
- Scripting of Java Applets

Now i cant click on buttons that calls a javascript.
My yahoo messenger will not display anything in the message window.

Any idea what's causing this?

Vista Network Issue

I'm experiencing poor network performance in my office local area network ever since I use this XPS with Vista Business. I face issue when I try to access into a fileserver or database which is located in another building. I able to connect to the fileserver but the connection will be very slow and will usually time out. I can only access to that fileserver normally if I connect to the network inside that building. I don't face this problem if I use a computer with XP installed. Any ideas? This is affecting my work productivity... If this issue cannot be solved, i would have to downgrade to XP pro.

Hello, I am Yoshi of Raven Blade [RAVE] Guild. We are currently a startup Guild by a group of friends and we are currently looking for new members to join. We play both PvE and PvP. We will organize more serious PvP once we have a steady amount of people who shows interest in GvG and TA and HA. We currently have a Guild Hall using the Warrior Isle layout. Our guild philosophy is simple, help each other, learn and have fun.

As we intend our guild to be primarily a Malaysian community, only Malaysians or people who resides in Malaysia are accepted (Though Singaporeans and other Asians are accepted too). The reason for this is because of the timezone involved.
