4. Wall hacking and erection

I am househunting for rent at the moment. Got one house that I am very interested.

The agent is asking me to come for viewing, provide 1 month deposit for booking and fill up his company form. No keys yet after that I think since he didn't mention anything

Is this scam or legit? Sked potential kena scam.
