I just started my work 2 weeks and I found it is not suitable for me, but in the offer i have to give 1 month of notice or salary in lieu. I'm very new to this field, considered a fresh grad. There's no point of having me here for 1 month, doing nothing if I tender my resignation letter. is that possible that I leave early if I talk to them? anyone experienced of that?

A motorcycle insurance/ road tax has not been renewed since 1996,one day jpj sent an summon, coz one of my relatives ride on it and being stopped by jpj. but the summon cannot be compound and need to settle at court. Has anyone experienced this before? how much does it cost normally? can it be reduced? please give some info for me...... thanks
