cannot start windows.. :(

Hello. I got a problem with my laptop. Basically, whenever I wanna start my windows, it'll shutdown, like suddenly. it will turn off after seeing this:

and when I try to restart, it shows,
windows failed to start.A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

Well, the long story begins like this..
Last week, my laptop started to shut down itself after I put it on sleepmode. After that I turned it on again, it was okay.

Next day, I tried to start after I shut it down, but the laptop shut itself. When I turned it on again, it showed "windows failed to start. a recent hardware......."
So i used safe mode, things were back to be normal again.

Then the next day, same problem, couldn't start. So I chose to launch the start up repair. After waited for like, 10 minutes. It said no problem detected, then I restarted, then the windows were able to start.

The next day, same problem, used start up repair, still shut down after restarted, then i tried to use start up repair + memory diagnostic utility, then can restart pulak.

The next day, same problem, couldn't start event though I used start up repair + memory diagnostic utility, so i tried to boot using Last known good configuration, then can restart.

The next day, Windows still failed to start eventho I tried every safe mode, start up repair, memory diagnostic utility, every choice of utility that they gave me after the start up repair, i tried to boot using windows 7 cd. At first, the windows succeed to start.

The next day I tried using boot using cd again, failed... like the same problem.

I asked a colleague of mine to dissect it because my friend said maybe because i never vaccuum my laptop [but my 5-year-old laptop at home never vaccuum, but still okay. ]. I dunno how to dissect, so thats why I asked him. He had checked, I think he said not that much of habuk. But still failed to start the windows. He formatted it, failed to start again. Then he tried to change with the other hardisk. Still not okay.

He said it might be a chipset problem. He cannot guarantee as it's not his expertise. I tried to find it online, but I really dunno much about hardware stuff. BIOS chip la, capacitor la, mobo la. I dunno.

Can you tell me what type of problem this is, actually? I thought it's an OS problem, because it seems to learn every method how I tried to start the windows. It's freaky. But after formatting, still same problem.
Do you know any shop in Malacca that can do repair or replacement?
If it's too expensive and need total replacement, i might get another laptop.
But if it can be repaired, I choose to repair.
