Hi guys, recently my internet browser( google chrome) is very slow/lagging and each time i open a page and went it loading or refreshing the entire google chrome will lag for 3 to 4 seconds. This problem happen yesterday when i connect to the internet after a 4 weeks without connecting to the internet and now my:

-my google chrome keeps on lagging like i mention and some it becomes unresponsive
-second since this problem start my cpu temp which ideal at 47 to 49 now rest at 53 to 70 degree celsius

other then that everything is fine my laptop is 8 month old and functioning perfectly except for this two problem and i update everything my gc to everything you can name to the latest firmware after this problem started and perform most of the diagnostic that i am aware.

So as a last resort i would like to re install my win 8.1, i bought my laptop without os so i download win 8.1 from my university server and burn it in iso format into a dvd and use it to install the os, so now i am planning to re installed it and it was mentioned that i could do it in the recovery section of win 8.1, i am afraid that they would require recovery media or bootable media so i can i use the exisitng dvd where i burn my os into at first as a bootable media and will they require cd key to reactivate after i reformat it any help would be appreciated.

P.S If anyone know how to solved or experience this above problem will be swell don't really wanted to reformat if possible.

Problem with windows 8

Hi guys I recently download windows 8 through dreamspark and my installation is perfect, this was 1 month ago but recently when I try to switch off my laptop through the standard shut down method is say it is shutting down and when I switch it on it say it is resuming form hibernation when in fact I did shut down properly and in the task manager it say my laptop been running for several hour when already shut down the only way I can reset the switch on clock in the task manager is through restart only, everything else it fine. Any help and opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
