Unifi (100mb/s) slow speed with own router

Hey guys,

I just got an upgrade from Streamyx 8 Mb to Unifi Turbo 100 Mb/s yesterday. After installation yesterday, I was able to get 100 Mb/s or +/- 95 & above but in the evening I decided to change routers to my Tp-Link Archer VR400 & Archer C60 for extending the WiFi signal. At first I couldn't get connected to the internet but then I read here (after searching) that IPTV needs to be switched on inside the settings. I turned on IPTV & voila, I'm connected.

Here's the problem, I managed to get connected but the speed......oh, my! My streamyx 8mb/s was seriously, seriously more stable & I had very little speed issues. It was smooth sailing with 8 mb/s but with this Unifi Turbo, I'm getting max 20+ mb/s to 30+ mb/s. This morning from 5am until 2pm I'm getting 2 - 5 mb/s which is ridiculous! I contacted Unifi via chat & they told me to contact the contractor who installed the Unifi & they'll reset the port from TM side. I'm currently still waiting for the contractor which they said they'll come over in the afternoon after installing somewhere nearby but I doubt they'll show up since it's 7pm. Is my TP-Link Archer VR400 not compatible with Unifi or settings which I need to tweak in the settings?

Recommend a good audio shop online or store

Hey guys,

As the subject suggests, want to purchase a 2nd phone just for me to use while working offshore. Currently, I'm using an iPhone 6 plus & the WiFi reception sucks. Sometimes I live at an accommodation vessels/barge & sometimes at LQ on a platform or rigs. Most of my colleagues uses android phones, some has really good WiFi reception but mostly my iphone sucks at that. So based on usage, experiences which brand & model would you guys suggests?

4G instead of LTE on Digi after updating to iOS 10

Hey guys,

I noticed after my update from iOS 9.3.5 to iOS 10 (iPhone 6+) my DiGi network now is only until 4G instead of LTE before updating to iOS 10. I did a restore as well but still the same thing. Anyone else experience this?

Need help or rather I have a few questions. I'm selling off my electric guitar in a local site. A guy from UK wants to buy it for his son in Nigeria. When it comes to online banking or personal ID & the likes, I'm paranoid. My passwords (online/offline) for everything sensitive is never the same & changed monthly, I don't use the same emails for social, work & home use.

Cut the story short, is it safe for me to give my name, account number & phone number to this buyer? Is there any possibility my bank account can be compromised?(Since I gave him my mobile number used for ID authentication with online banking transactions - my bad)

Question 2 - Can the buyer wire directly to my maybank account?

Sorry I am a noob on international transactions, LoL..

Getting "Fail" on DLink DSL2604B Diagnostic...

I just applied for Streamyx 4M recently & was going through the config in the router(DLink DSL2604B). As I reached the DIAGNOSTIC part I noticed that I had some sections where it said - "Fail"...and im wondering if this is normal?Attached is the screen captured of the Diagnostic Section.

By the way I intended to flash d DLink DSL2604B with the original FW from DLink site as I read the stock FW from TM not good for downloaders, torrents, etc...but as I read, alot of users had trouble with the settings in the router after flashing with DLink's FW from the site, so I was wondering if anyone can guide me through the settings after flashing to the DLink's FW...??
