Hey guys. I'm building a new rig as my current one is far too old

So I'm building a new gaming rig with a budget of about 3.7k. I'm quite flexible with the budget so give me ur best specs that's not too far away from my budget

Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Motherboard : I have no idea
RAM : 4GB DDR2 should be enough. Won't OC much
Hard Drive : 1TB of capacity or around there
Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 260+ (which brand?)
PSU : No idea
PC case : Nice looking,not so expensive one will do

Hey guys,i dont usually go into this subforum but i've decided this is enough,and i want to look better now

Anyway,im 17 this year,with a height of 179 cm and weight of 85kg.

So here's the problem, im quite buncit its not that bad,and other people can't see it,but obviously i can see it and it doesn't make me feel good. I dont look fat,my arms and legs are quite 'fit' ,but its my tummy that's been giving me problems.

So i need some help here. I know i'll have to exercise,etc.,but since im sitting for SPM here i've got tuitions and stuff,so I'll only be free to do my thing on Monday,Friday and the weekend. So what do i do? How do i exercise,how do i eat? That sort of stuff. I need help with that

Hey guys i've been using W810i since last year n for my backup purposes,i've been using MyPhone Explorer.

Thing is,i'm going to trade-in the phone and get an N95 8GB,which means i can't restore all the messages and stuffs i backed up in MPE..

So,is there any other way to restore the backup in my upcoming N95 instead of restoring it to my W810i and manually sending some of the important messages and calendar appointments to my new phone?? Help!!!

Hey,first of all,I made the worst decision of my life to get the MG15 I originally planned to get the MicroCube as reccomended by LYNers in one of my former thread,but it was out of stock and I wasn't familiar with any other amps they had there.So I just tried the MG15DFX and thought it sounded quite ok..well,i thought it was ok until I used the amp in a very small gig and cranked it up.MY GOD was it horrible
And from then on I've decided to move on from that crap.So which amp should I go for?? I'm not quite sure bout my budget,but below 1.5K would be nice.And i'm wondering is it possible to get a tube amp with that price range?? And I've heard some good things bout the Vox Valvetronix series,but i'm still unsure about it.So i'm still a bit clueless so your input is much appreciated Thanks
