Motherboard faulty?

This is my build:
AMD A10-7850K
+ Asrock FM2A88X-ITX+
+ 4GB RAM Kingston with 1600MHz x 1

Now, it has 2 issues:
1. can't boot up with both RAM slot insert, can only boot with one slot insert.
2. the video output through hdmi to monitor will suddenly turn blank, and the PC isn't responsive anymore. It is not power saving mode that turns off the monitor. But, it just simply go blank, and hitting the ctrl+alt+del doesn't give any response.

Do the above 2 symptoms suggest that the motherboard is faulty?
