which monitor should i choose?

as title, i'm now aiming for 2 model of dell monitor, but i jus dono which 1 is more benefits me?

1. Dell ST2320L 23-inch Full HD Monitor with LED > rm 550
2. Dell U2311H 23" W UltraSharp Monitor >rm650

i'm stil a noob and can u guys tell me which 1 is better??
coz i think 2nd item don't had HDMI input and the 1st item got.
does these 2 monitor display different? i mean the quality.
does the 1st item > full hd 1080 beaten by the ultrasharp?
if yes how many % does it differences?

give me your guys informations and opinion and i'll be very thankful for u guys!

hello all taiko.. i suspecting my processor's temperature too high already,
min, 44'c max 74 'c
izzit too high for a non-overclock processor??
i'm using cooler master genim cooler right now, or i need to put other thermal paste?

sorry to make this noob question!! but i reli dono how to choose between these chipset.
by the way. it's quite hard to find good chipset mb now.
for wat i saw on web, P series seems better performance den the G series.
can any 1 tell me how to compare both the chipsets??

btw. i refer on these two board. "P5P43TD PRO" and "P5G41C-M LX

for ur guys information, i jus buy a corsair cm2x1024-8500c5d ram
my mb cant boot up when i put both of the ram !
first of all, my mb is msi p45 noe 3.
it works perfectly when i'm using 677 ram.
after i buy the 1066 mhz ram i cant boot my mb on 2 rams.
i had seen many forum say tat need to be overclock it to 2.1v and 5-5-5-5-15
so i dono anything on overclocking.
can any pro overlocker teach me how to solve this problem??
please!!! i'm quite nervous about it.........

recently i buy a crossair cm2x1024-8500c5d ram.
i cant boot up my pc when i put both of it on board.
i read many forum say tat need to overclock it to 2.1v but i dono how!!
and they says need put it to 5-5-5-5-15, i dono how to done it too!!!
to inform u guys tat i'm using the msi p45 neo3 motherboard...
wish u guys can solve my noob problem...
