I expected it to be something like a one stop centre for all my renovation needs but a lot of things that I need are not available. Also, not satisfied with three of the companies that operate there. One of them give good sales talk but once you confirmed with them, their service is one of the worst in the market. One shows quality product in the showroom but actual product workmanship is a different story. Another is not honest at all and changes his offer or rather change his stand that there is no discount as soon as he sense that you are keen to buy. He will claim that the discount he gives earlier is for another product even though you are talking with him on a single product only.<br /><br />Your view? However, my experiences w them so far is far from perfect<br /><br />For example, the person who answer your call will refuse to answer any question and insist that u talk to their Advisor when u bring your car for service. And they refuse to accept walk-in customer who want to service their car in the afternoon. They insist that u call in. Their car wash is also lousy. They can leave a spot of 6 inch X 6 inch dust on the door untouched.
