Details of the complaint : I will start with the advertisement thread of suntzulee. He is selling iphone 5 as per link i provided above. But he already remove all the details there. He want to sell iphone 5 with 10month warranty. He do a screenshot of the warranty that showed 10 month warranty. The item advertise as fullset. Fullset mean i should get box, charger, cable, earpod and iphone. I contact him in PM and whatsapp. So we agreed to meet at Maybank the curve.

During COD, i checked the phone. The phone is ok. But I did not check the warranty online and i asked him clearly about the warranty. He said 10 month left coz he just bought it 2 month before. Because the phone is ok, so i think suntzulee tell the truth about the warranty.

Then I checked the accessory, everything is there accept earpod. So i ask him where the earpod. He said he already used it but because i the earpod is part of the deal (fullset) so i want the earpod. He said the earpod is in his hometown/house. So he told me that he will send the earpod by postage. So i decide to said ok.

After reach home, I checked the warranty online. And the phone warranty website state that the phone only covered 1 week left. So i contact him back. After a while he answer my phone, and i asked him about the 10 month warranty. Then he said he will contact his previous seller. And he said to solve it nicely with me. So i agree with him.

Next day, he said he cant contact his seller. So after discussion i said just refund me RM100 and dont forget to sent my earpod. Actually, for 10 month warranty, i just get back rm100 is not worth it. Again I agree because i dont want to have a long issue with this sunzlee. Im a busy person, and i think i just wasting my time if this issue extended. So after a couple of day, I get refunded the rm100.

The next day, a get the earpod. and i tested the earpod. the earpod is new but the sound quality is very poor. So i took my sister earpod and compared between them. Yes, it is a different quality of sound. And i precisely check the quilty build of the earpod he send me. And i confirm that the earpod is a fake one. So i contact him again. Now im so angry with this suntzlee. He already cheat me on warranty and now he want to cheat me with the fake earpod.

After a while he reply my whatsapp said that he dont know. It is the earpod that his previous seller gave him. AGAIN he blame on his previous seller. And i said to him, he is a trader, how come he dont know that the earpod is fake. he answer he just a trader, he dont have time to checked all the accessory. So i become very angry with his answer. I said to him to swap back with the original earpod coz that is my right coz i already paid for the fullset item. He insisted. And said im playing a trick with him. I asked him to meet in the curve and checked back all the item and solve this matter face 2 face. He dont want to meet me to solve this matter.

So i decided to refund all my money, and give all of his item back. I dont want to do business with this stupid seller. And he said no refund and ignore me. So what should i do? I hope admin can help me.
