A friend of mine complaining about work stress. Unbearable, high tension, closing date, due date, miming facing of his boss, heaven, hell and so on. Yet he has been there for almost 10 years. Goshh.

He is asking for my advice, of course without charge.

My solution, simple, straight forward, common sense. Resign! Start selling Curry Puff (KARIPAP). Elaborate detail. No license needed from municipality, cheaper entry cost, larger margin, no hassle.

1.Cost raw frozen curry puff, cooking oil, wok, gas cylinder, accessory cost you RM800.00. You can do it on table or push cart.
2.Location? any busy road, side road, large crowd gathering, mosque, temple, disco, dangdut club, rumah urut etc.
3.URGENT requirement. You are fit to work. Not LAZY, mental ability to think.
4.Nice speech of mouth. Do not cursing customer.
5.Selling price 80 cent per piece.
6.Solving all your problem.
7.Wife? Why must she complain? You do decent job. Downgrade your life? NO. You will honor your life for build up your integrity.
8.SHY? First night married, are you shy? Go on. Life is like river flow.
9.Im not used to be a hawker? OK, go on with your hell work, why you need my advise.
10.Do what ever you like. Life is interesting. Explore it.

Resindential Rain Harvesting

I would proposed to landed property owner to have a 2400mm(l) x 2400mm(w) x 600mm (d) pond to storage water at their compound for domestic use. The harvested from rain gutter and flow to the pond. From the pond using suction 1400 watt pump to reticulation the water to domestic bath and kitchen.

The cost occur would be around RM3000.00 and it would be long run benefit.

Klang Valley having a water crisis.

Yes, indeed the management crisis for the water going to happen and yet Malaysian still presume never happen.

The main water resource still limited to Klang river and the usage ultimately unlimited. For instance we never invent new cistern tank for water closet, using water relay tap, WELS (water efficiency label and standard scheme) still imagination. So we are not prepare for the crisis ever. Don't talk about service provider, quality of water, infrastructure so on.

Water is now more expensive then petrol. To handle crisis we must be prepare in term of mind setting. Towards the 21st century where climate change varies, unpredictable, flooded, snow melting we have to be prepare for water usage calculation.

Say about our bathroom. Survey says each individual use bathroom 7 times a day time how many family member and 6 liters per Water Closet (WC) cistern tank. So don't think in Selangor we have FREE 20 MC per month without paying bill is FREE for life. Our generation will to pay more.

Singapore implemented a new GREEN building standard, all Water Closet (WC) strictly used dual flush and full flush only 4.5liter compare ours still 6 liter. They are now ready to use 1.5 liter WC!
