U can directly go there and their will do it new pvc coil mat for your car on the spot. the whole process is about 30 minutes. cash only. the 5kg (thicker one) with 2 years warranty is priced for Rm280. u may cal their factory at Shin Hing Trading Sdn. Kitchen Extension

Hi to All,

I wan to share my kitchen extension which going to start by this week. After reading the threads here specially started by Bro Phoenix69 and Bro Weikee, i hope could help me to decide my choices.

I'll upload before and photos during renovation works.

1) Quoted RM16,500.00 extend behind with tiles roof and if using concrete top then it is RM18,500.00 works including to relocate existing bathroom, hacking

2) RM3.80 per sq.ft for laying tiles (tiles buy by my own)

3) Plaster Ceiling (Plain sheet only) = RM2.00 per sq.ft

4) Lighting point = RM60 per point
13A power point = RM110.00
Fan point = RM70.00
Air Cond Point = RM150.00
Water Heater Point = Rm150.00

5) Plumbing works = RM1,500.00

6) Concrete Table = RM100.00 per ft run

Hope all the sifu here could help me where ever possible to make this renovation journey success.

Alpha Tiles or Other Brands

have anyone using Alpha Tiles? thinking to use it for my kitchen floor tiles, wall & bathroom tiles...
budget
1) floor = RM7.00 (size : 1 x2 ft)
2) wall tiles = RM3.50 (size : 25 x 40cm)

Hi to All Sifu,

I stuck between this 2 option. Would love to hear from all here to advice me on which option should stick with.

Option A
1) Do Major Kitchen Renovation which consist of
- Extend behind 20ft x 7ft house for kitchen inclusive of all works and fittings & accesories
- No balance cash in hand from fund allocated, maybe RM1k @ RM2K only.

OR

Option B
1) Do kitchen cabinet for existing kitchen complete with wall tiles, all accesories and fittings. KC L shape Size : 12ft x 6ft
2) Porch with stainless steel kaki & awning
3) Trade in current car & get New Altis 1.8G
4) Balance cash in hand about RM10k.

Which one should i choose? I'm really confused....Plz help me

I got few quotation from contractors. Wanted to know either this quotation is ok or not. My friend recommend him as workmanship is very good and using all chinese workers and not indons. Any comments? tq guys.
