After reading the threads here specially started by Bro Phoenix69 and Bro Weikee, i hope could help me to decide my choices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ll upload before  and photos during renovation works.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Quoted RM16,500.00 extend behind with tiles roof and if using concrete top then it is RM18,500.00 works including to relocate existing bathroom, hacking&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) RM3.80 per sq.ft  for laying tiles (tiles buy by my own)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Plaster Ceiling (Plain sheet only) = RM2.00 per sq.ft&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Lighting point = RM60 per point&lt;br /&gt;    13A power point = RM110.00&lt;br /&gt;    Fan point = RM70.00&lt;br /&gt;    Air Cond Point = RM150.00&lt;br /&gt;    Water Heater Point = Rm150.00&lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;5) Plumbing works = RM1,500.00&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Concrete Table = RM100.00 per ft run&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope all the sifu here could help me where ever possible to make this renovation journey success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you in advance.</description>
