I cannot lose my weight anymore, why?

Dear lowyatians...

Few months ago, I did measured my BMI. My Height is 171cm and my weight is 86kg which is my BMI is overweight. My ideal weight (BMI) should be around 60-72kg. I quite shock with my weight coz last December my weight was at 69kg. So I did work out atlest 3 times a week, jogging atlest 4km per session 2-3 times per week. I also took a minimum quantity of rice for my lunch, sometimes i skip eating rice. I eat something else and avoid dinner after 7pm. I only take fruits for my dinner.

So after 4 weeks, I managed to lose around 10 kilos! 76kg for my weight. I still continue the same routine for few weeks, but my weight stuck at 76kg. Do you guys know why? Is it normal??? I want to be atlest at 72kg (maximum weight for my BMI).

Dear LYN forumers..

As per tittle above.. Does Maybank provide M2U services to business current account? All this while I'm using my personal account for maybank to do online transaction with my customer. Now, I want to open current acc with Maybank under my sole proprietor company..

I do not have a problem to do online banking with my CIMB Clicks, even under my Business current account, but mostly Malaysian using Maybank compared to CIMB Bank...

I just renew my hosting and domain after 3 weeks expired. But after I renew my hosting and domain, some people can view my website and some can't. Why??
I contact my server provider, they told me because my domain expired too long asked me to wait 24hr. It's 24hr already and still the same. Is there any solution??

some of my reader will get this "Error page publish, please contact your service provider for more details" and some will get this "domain is expired"

How to stop auto debit advice maybank?

Guys, as stated above.. How to solve my problem..? I forget if I did sign up something for auto debit advice, can I go to any maybank branch to terminate...?? My account been deducted RM38.20 monthly, so per year equal to RM458.40.. Its not my insurance, coz insurance I pay trough my CIMB account.

Question about Internet Security expired date

Dear forumers,

I just bought Karspeky Internet Security 2011 for 3 users. At the moment I'm using Bitdefender Internet Security and will expired end of April. Main reason I bought KIS2011 because of my sister, she need an Internet Security for her lappy. Already installed KIS on her lappy and will install on my PC right away when my Bitdefender Internet Security license expired (30th April 2011)

Lets say, I install KIS on 30th April, does my license will end up on 30th April 2012 or same date with my sister which is on 30 January 2012?

I just finish watching live Hockey, Malaysia vs India. India 8 times Olympic Champions and World Champion lost to Malaysia. I'm so happy! This is the first time we in final, the first in history ever.. hehehe.. a very tough game.. Malaysia won by Golden Goal, 4-3 over India..

After we LOST to China which I believe "Conspiracy".. today our boys will meet Iran. One of the best team in Asian football. Iran is top 4, for previous Asian Games.

As mention by our Coach, K.Rajagopal, he said only 10 outfield players are fit to play along with goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat the remaining eight outfield players in the side are unable to play because of injuries and suspensions.
3 players are suspended.

So Malaysia will have no fit players to play as first 11 players. I believe that, substitute Goalkeeper can play its role as defender or midfielder to help others.

I don't put any hope in this game. As long as Malaysia can give a fight to Iranian its ok for me.

Guys, today our boys will be meet Japan in Football in Asian Game, Guangzhou. Astro Sports will broadcast live from Guangzhou at 4.00pm (Malaysia time). I already take a half day leave just to watch live on TV, hopefully it’s worth it. I don’t mind if Malaysia loses to Japan as we knew Japan better than us.

Before we come here, we already lost 8 main players because of injuries problems. Malaysia won 2-1 over Kyrgyzstan, but even worst we lost theree important players, our captain Zamani Misbah, Fakhri and S. Chanturu (Goal scorer against Kyrgyzstan). Hopefully Coach Rajagopal can do something!
