Property near highway

hey guys,

I'm interested with this one property and plan buying for own stay, the only thing that worries me would be it's close to Plus highway like 300 meters away.
What concerns me the most would be the dust or air cleanliness considering it's close to highway.

Location wise, it's quite strategic with many facilities nearby. So just wondering if any of you had experience and how do guys deal with it?

Does any of you had purchased or had experience with Pajam property?
I'm keen with Eufala 2 project in Desa Mayang Sari, Nilai link but recently found out a Google Review (hopefully it's coming from the one of the owner) and now started to worry about the house quality.

Should I look else where or hoping they will improve their quality over time?

Landed Unit Beside Big Water Tank

Hey guys,

I'm keen on buying a terrace unit of Eufala 2 by Seri Pajam in Nilai.
However, the only units that are not facing another house is beside the huge high rise water tank.

So want to know what are the cons and should I opt for another unit?

Time Fibre downgrade to 100mbps

Hey folks,

Just wondering if anyone has downgraded their Time fibre from either 500mbps to 100mps?

I'm planning to subscribe to their 100mbps but was recommended by their sales advisor to get their 500mbps with rm99 for first 6 months + free mesh router.
I was told that there will be no penalty if later decided to downgrade to 100mbps on 7th month.

So, anyone had experience and _really_ no penalty?

Should I take FREESCALE or SONY EMCS?

Just got an intern placement from Freescale this morning and offer from SONY EMCS (DTS Dept) before. Do you have any comments/ideas in terms of skills/training/exposure/environtment offered by both company. Do let me know & all your replies and ideas are highly appreciated.
