Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of you purchased a unit at Villa Orkid condo located in Bukit Prima Pelangi lately? Developer is Harmony Property under BREM Holding Berhad.

I was at their pre-launch, pretty good sales response Saw their show unit, not bad. After passing garden school on your left, go further and turn left after the highway above you. Condo is near Rosvilla up on the hill. Same developer.

Anyway, would like to gather your opinions on this investment. Care to share? My unit a high floor facing the highway with part MK view.

My concern is the noise from the highway + the high tension wire right next to the condo. Luckily my unit is facing away on the other side.

[addedon]August 1, 2010, 11:37 pm[/addedon]BTW, i got to know about this property while looking around the Rosvilla condo. Registered at the BREM website & was invited to their prelaunch.

Of the 3 blocks, 1 block was open to purchasers. The other 2 blocks i heard were already sold to developer's contacts, etc...
