hello there i want to ask u guys for an honest opinion . before asking here is my details....

i am a fresh graduate and right now i am working in government sector with 2.9 k wage and right now im 24 y/o and yes im living with my parents (to cut living costs) ... i am planning to buy a house preferably in sungai petani or alor setar area.. so my question is:

1. since ive just started my work should i wait few years (start saving) before considering to buy a house ?

2. what would u guys do? buy a second hand house or a brand new house?

3. i was told that with my current level i can apply government loan (max 250k) is it worth for me to buy house around that figure at this particular time?

4. any advice for me? i have plan to continue my study one year time

hai there all sifus..i have one bad problem here....it looks like that my usb hub in front of my pc has been infected by a porn virus which will eventually render every file in ur pendrive into an empty folder and then will create a porn like file and folder...this thing happen when my friend inserted his pendrive to my front usb port...now i cant use my front usb port

the thing is it doesn't infect my usb port on my motherboard....

how do i remove that darn virus? or does it mean i cant use d port anymore?? help me huhu

the case is everytime i open my games cod,shift2,gta4 etc2...the game will hang for a little while and continue on and on...when i attempt to close the game (usually alt+tab) a pop up notification will came out telling the gc's software didn't work

1.i suspect the power supply is the culprit...any comment??

2.or is it because of my os?? because i've just changed lot of my hardware recently (proc,gc,mobo)
when i use 32bit for like less than 30 minutes...suddenly a blue screen appear (not bsod) blue screen with a vertical line (ive already installed latest driver but the same thing happen
when using 64bit everything is just fine.. why>>

hi there everyone/sifus i need help from you all..i am planning to upgrade my pc next month with a tight budget rm900 and ya i'm noob in this pardon me if give some ambiguous info oke

currently my pc is running on

-amd athlon x2 250 (am3)
-a small size esys mobo (the one with 1 pcie port and 2 pci if im not mistaken)
-2x2gb ddr 3 ram
-HIS hd4670 isilent gc 1gb ddr3 (128bit)
-an acer power supply (i think it does not have power cable for 256bit gc)

okay..here's the thing...currently i am using a full hd 23inch monitor and since im upgrading to this led my pc performance in gaming went down all d way because of d high resolution...can u suggest me what to upgrade wihtin the budget? i'm okay with second hand part..suggest me anything and one more, ill be using if for video randering also...tq everyone..please help me...

hi there....im currently using an amd athlon x2 250 paired with a 128 bit of 1gb ddr3 graphic card...problem is when im playing nfs 11 nfs shift n pes 2012 at a full graphic properties my gc can handle it quite well...but..the problem is when playing fifa 2012 the gme somehow become jerky even at medium graphic spec...whats d problem actually? btw im using a monitor at 1920x1080 resolution...if i need to change my gc..is there any gc below 400 available? thanks all i hope u can resolve my problem

canon 550d+battery grip

wireless speedlight trigger
a couple of sd cards

if u r in my shoes what would u do?

-jump to nikon and buy a d7000 and sell of all of d gadgets
-buy an L lens and save for better body in future?
-upgrade body to 60d?
-upgrade to 7d?

personally id really like what nikon cameras can do with their photo color reproduction and i am really fond of the superiority of canon with their movie mode...i've been really confused...my 550d can't really catch up with what i need when on the field... what would u suggest?
