Few days ago i purchase 2 arctic cooling f12 case fan for my elite 430. I installed in rear side and side. Rear is for exhaust fan, side is for intake air flow. Rear for exhaust fan work like charm but the side fan side has some sort of engine noise. But when i take out from the chassis, it work quietly. I know it some kind like air flow sound. But i wanted to know is that any method can i use to eliminate those noise? Sorry for my bad english.

Today, when i sleeping, i listen someone knock my door very loud. i through got any emergency or fire then i wake up and open. after i open, 1 guy asked my name and my hp number den give me 1 bill say pest control and have to pay rm80 for it. after that i never see the people come again and there is not pest killer come and spray. i wanted to know is that legal to ask people for pay their service? as i know i live flat and i got pay maintenance fee.
