            <description>I keep searching over and over again no Grab car. My gf turn on and try search as well then straight away get. WTF? Grab drivers prefer female drivers? Then also I really don&amp;#39;t understand how the queue system works. Why can&amp;#39;t we just search one time and stay in queue?             <title>Samsung Galaxy S5 Complain</title>

            <description>Ok time for some raging at SAMSUNG:&lt;br /&gt;Two months ago, brought to Samsung repair shop, told them my phone was getting pixel screens and restarting itself.&lt;br /&gt;Told me they will do a factory reset for me. So I said I&amp;#39;ll do it myself then.&lt;br /&gt;After a factory reset, it was still having problems (as expected). &lt;br /&gt;Called support up, they said that if I requested for a motherboard replace, they will have to do it.&lt;br /&gt;Then I went for a waterfall trip, it wasn&amp;#39;t even dropped in the water but water somehow water got in and clogged the camera lenses. S5 was suppose to be water resistant and the phone was in the bag the whole time.&lt;br /&gt;Took to Samsung shop, requested for motherboard replace. Shop owner kept arguing it was water damage. I said I rose this issue before the waterfall trip. Gave strict instructions and asked just to replace motherboard. I did not want to be charged a cent.&lt;br /&gt;Two weeks later, got a called, Samsung did nothing and just returned the phone (nice of them to take two weeks to do nothing). Said it was water damaged and warranty does not cover. Shop owner kept ranting on about water damage, obviously didn&amp;#39;t believe me that the problem started before the water damage. And even IF it was water damage, S5 was suppose to be water resistant..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So yea f*** you ‪#‎Samsung‬&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any of you guys met these kindda service before? My god man, so disappointed that I just had to tell someone about it.</description>
