Have anyone encountered slow one time password (OTP) from the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro? When I requested for OTP for the online banking, very often OTP will be come to the sms.

Any clue how to solve this issue?

I am planning to buy a used MS Windows XP Pro OEM pack. I need advise whether a used software can be installed and used in another PC which is going to be reformatted. Will there be any problem to perform window update in future after installation?
