PRC sold FK-2000 (ground-to-air missile defense system or SAM) to UAE. UAE sent it to Chad. Chad sent it to Sudan's RSF faction (rebel).
FK-2000 has downed at least 3 TB2 or TB3 drones, as of 13 Sep 2025.

Keep in mind, PRC only sells military hardware to legitimate governments, never rebels and unstable dodgy groups. Dedication to being responsible power. Just to be clear about this, black market and other state actors (in this case UAE) are beyond control by PRC (state actor), unless PRC had some clauses in the contract with UAE (state actor), which goes against PRC's non-interference policy.

So far we also know that DJI (as a private company, non-state actor) commercial drones are being used by both UKR and RUS. Hence, EU and Murica always bitch about "dual use" to Beijing, which Beijing has denied.
"Dual use" means the drones seem to be commercial use but after some modifications, it becomes military use.
And also, DJI didn't sell it directly to UKR and RUS military but somehow 3rd party sources are buying it and re-sell it to UKR and RUS military. DJI ain't no time for this shet to trace every purchase. Seems pretty stupid to do so on commercial drones. Pretty sure DJI does not mind to make more money.
