Regarding UNIFI - My PS5 MP game is laggy

Dear all,

I hope someone is able to help as two of unifi's technicians came to my house but has no solution.

The problem i am facing is:

RECENTLY when i play my PS5 multiplayer game (the last of us: factions), my character is sometimes laggy. My character will just stop there for few seconds before i can move him again. On my screen i can see a lost connection logo when my character is frozen there.

This issue is very annoying as sometimes i cant move my character in the middle of shooting. The first unifi technician helped me to reset BER, and surprisingly it was OK for one night, just one night. But the next day the problem arisen.

The second technician said he suspects it is the router's problem. But he didn't use a new router to help me to test, which i really cant understand why..... He said my phone line is working when my character was laggy so nothing is wrong with the line.

For your info, i have no problem to surf net, play youtube or play other online games.

I have been playing the same game since more than 2 years ago. Previously has no problem.
