Hi All..
I know there are many resources about introvert who are seeking for job in the website.But i would love to hear real stories from you guys especially the experienced sifu to show some hints how to tackle this challenge. May be I'm too naive to seek for a job that could suit me till I died. Its really a hardship to me especially when it comes to speaking. Couldn't speak well in front of bosses..and easily get nervous..and this make my life so miserable..

How to do it without Loans?

Just went to a financial Freedom training and this point was mention during the training.
How is it possible we can buy a house or a car without using loans?
I'm not sure what's the message behind.
Couldn't be just for avoiding the interest.There must be more..

Buying used car from dealer

Hi to all expertise.

I'm planning to trade in my old car to the dealer and properly get a "new" second car back from the same dealer.
But this is the first time I'm doing this alone.So i need some info regarding the process to avoid any inconveniences happen.

Feel free to add in any important precaution should the buyer and seller know.

BTW:
Do I have to use back the same insurance company with the same NCD?
Who should pay for the JPJ and Puspakom Inspection fees?
