Item(s): 1 x Nexus 7 2012 32GB WiFi, running latest KitKat 4.4.2, MATTE screen protector applied the minute it was unboxed

Package includes:Full box

Price:RM470

Warranty:elapsed

Dealing method:Cash on final inspection. I aim to please.

Location of seller:Cash, prefer to meet up face to face at either 1Utama or Curve in the weekend, no Poslaju delivery

Contact method/details:PM

Age of item:1 year plus, out of warranty

---

Item(s) conditions: excellent condition, well taken care of item

Picture:[attachmentid=3896858][attachmentid=3896861][attachmentid=3896863]

Reason for sale: Going back to iOS camp

This is the first generation Google Nexus 7 released in 2012 to great fanfare (https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2667663?hl=en); it is the largest capacity (32GB) Nexus tablet at time of release - ample GB space equals to many possibilities and uses. Since this is a Google Play version - expect fast, reliable performance; this device will be first to get fresh updates straight from Google’s bread oven - I believe this tablet is (and still) a great value.

This device has NOT been rooted or hacked in any way; rest easy that the only company watching your every (online) move is Google (themselves). This device has been very well taken care of, never dropped, no chips or marks and has been kept safe in a nice, expensive BUILT hard neoprene case inside ANOTHER flip case (no, BUILT case does not come with this deal) ; the only regret was the cheap ass made-in-China case (at the time of purchase there weren’t any much cases to choose from) has slowly unraveled and fallen apart. You might need to spend a few ringgit on getting a new case or just use it nude if you fancy that….

Why am I selling this?
I am foremost an iOS user (iphone user since day one, back in 2007) - though, just because of this, doesn't mean I am blind to great, fast hardware wrapped into stable, featured-packed OS - Nexus 7 + Google Play version.

The first 6 months were joy: this tablet runs all apps fast, multi-tasking is smooth and efficient. Over time though, I grew frustrated to the fact that: most “free” apps are ad-supported (eats up on your data quietly and leaks out information). I don’t mind paying for good apps (which I did many times) but you never seem to have any apps that go on sale in the Google store (unlike iOS apps where I’ve accumulated many great iPad apps for free or just under a dollar), and strangely for a tablet blessed by Google - finding a killer tablet centric app that takes full advantage of this Nexus 7’s gorgeous screen is an exercise in futility.

Hey, I enjoyed using this tablet tremendously but not to its FULL potential, so why waste it when I can sell it off to someone who will and at this good price? Win-win, I always say. So here it is.

For a 2012 tablet, you get a worry free device, very well taken care and an absolute steal for its selling price!

---

New DS colors announced: local availability?

Its old news but the only news I am interested in when can do we local availability?

Can any local suppliers let us know where it will arrive to our shores?

I called Djinn (Gamer's Hideout) few days ago and he says a month...but I forgot to ask him which month...June or July 2008?

For those who missed it:
3 new colors announced: Red (its bloody red and I want one!), Ice Blue and Lime Green (looks like the Myvi green color).

Official launch in Europe on 13th June

Pictures to see >> http://ds.jeuxvideo.org/2008/05/26/photos-...uveaux-coloris/

BTW: this has nothing to do with the previous topic about user's personal Nintendo DS color choices, which I have conveniently boil down to this: Pink for Girls, other colors for Boys.
