Reason for sale:

Want to upgrade to a big telescope. Pictures of moon and Jupiter attached here are the pictures I personally shot with my phone with this telescope personally using my Xiaomi Phone. The reason I import the telescope from site in US is due to the fact that there are a lot of imitation Celestron telescope in our platform as I have surveyed. With by glasses, your images will be compromised in quality viewing. Telescope aren't difficult to make, but the glass ( which are the key to imaging ) are difficult to duplicate with the right refraction and quality/clarity. So I prefer to get only original. Quality is all round good, if you have never used any telescope before, this is a very good beginner scope and you will be excited seeing planets like Jupiter for the first time( I did ). Saturn is amazing but Saturn might be a little more difficult to locate if you don't know much about the space yet. I have calibrated the red dot finder so you can use it straight away to locate and view.

Any lawyers here for me to ask these two question :

1. Can we record an online meeting without consent? If we record anyways without consent, is it an illegal act punishable by law? If yes, under which law?
2. How do you manage minutes of meeting? Once minutes of meeting is sent out, if no one dispute, can the content be assumed as correct?

Looking for the legal view rather than personal opinion.

Don't know if this is the right forum but can't seem to find one that can fit this one in.

Dear all,

I will start my post with saying, I am not looking for an employee and I am not gonna pay a monthly salary. Many I am sure will say in the heart, I am not interested. Which is fair. So what I am hoping to get is replies or PM from individuals that is interested only. If this post doesn't get you excited, do ignore it.

I am gonna make it short. we are creating a game that we evidently hope and believed would be something big. I am looking for designers who could design graphics for games. I do not know which category of multimedia designers it takes to fulfill this task, but I am sure those who are relevant will know who you are.

Since I mentioned that I am not looking to pay, I will continue by saying I am looking for a co-founder. None of u get paid for now. None of us will if it failed as well. But all of us would own a piece of it when it does. I looked for a coder and I found a really good one, great attitude, humble, great motivation. I need a graphic guy to be on the team. At this point of time, we are only looking for 2D graphics. Will explain later if you're keen to jump in a train of possibly never getting a single cent from this.

But if you are only keen if you get payment for the progress of contribution you put it, do give this post a pass. Because even if I can convince you now that you might make a lot more when this game is launched, I foresee I would need to convince you every few weeks to be motivated to hit what we wanna achieve which can get a bit tiring for everyone because, co founders don't need to be motivated, they are motivated for a goal they have a vision to see for their own future. It is also a rare find, I am sure. Graphic designers could get 8k salary to unlimited amount of money monthly. It's comfortable to live with hence it gives no one any reason to do something that doesn't pay out, like right now. So i am looking for people who are looking for a potential big payout in the future. Realistically, probably a year from now.

Reason for sale: Earlier I damage the sub AMP due to plugging into the socket, without switching off the power socket, causing a short. Contacted BIC America, which the entire amp plate was sent to me, I bear the transportion cost of RM80 whilst the AMP under waranty is totally free. Changed it and now it works like magic. However, during the wait, I purchased another SVS Subwoofer and now I have two subwoofer, one ported one seal which doesn't go together in one same room. So I have best to sell it off. The driver of this sub is approximately 1.5 years old. The amp plate, is brand NEW since it has just been replaced. If you're into action movies, this sub is the sub to get. The most value for money, VERY POWERFUL, couch shaking effect even at 40% sub volume dial. Accurate, punchy. Sub is fully imported from America. Rare to own, because I don't think anyone carries it in Malaysia so you will be owning one of the rare sub in Malaysia.
I have never need to switch on the volume knob on the sub more than 11oclock and it's already ground shaking. I can't imagine for basshead who likes it hard, switching it at 2oclock. Your suspended ceiling might tremble.
