            <title>Queries on collecting key</title>

            <description>Hi all sifu,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I bought subsales unit since Sept 2015, and due to vendor solicitor delay caused the delay on 2nd disbursement from bank, and the bank charged me progressive interest. Want to ask under this circumstance can I claim that on vendor solicitor?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2nd, Now my lawyer had collected the key for me, want to double check what is the things/documents that I suppose to receive/sign/acknowledge during this procedure, and what is the next action check list after collected the key?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;side note: in this collecting key process, I always thought that the lawyer deliver it to buyer, but instead this lawyer&amp;#39;s assistant insist me go collect my own at their office, wonder isn&amp;#39;t they should deliver it to me instead?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>Bought subsales house, when can get the key?</title>

            <description>Hi experts,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I bought an house and gaodim SNP and loan agreement recently, now i wonder by right (in practice and with no breach of any law/contract), when I can get the key? House agent said after my bank paid the owner bank&amp;#39;s for remaining balance then I can get key, but if so then another question is, if that&amp;#39;s the case, after I start reno the house etc, who pay the bill ?</description>

            <description>hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Understand there is a scheme to calc valuation fee. &lt;a href='http://www.malaysialoan.com.my/2011/08/malaysia-valuation-fees/' target='_blank'&gt;http://www.malaysialoan.com.my/2011/08/mal...valuation-fees/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By using that, my valuation fee should be&lt;br /&gt;100k*0.25%=RM250&lt;br /&gt;528k*0.2%=RM1,056&lt;br /&gt;Total RM1,306&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My question is, &lt;br /&gt;1) is there any disbursement/additional charges? &lt;br /&gt;2) Any range of discount for normal valuation? (10-30%?), if it is, it is on the standard fee or disbursement?&lt;br /&gt;3) So far only 1 valuer called me said she was appointed by the bank, if I feel the price is not reasonable, can I ask for another valuer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&amp;#33;</description>
