Hi, I am a buyer of Empire remix Scholar tower. I am curious that after 2 months since the purchase date. The developer sent me a letter regarding "Stage & description, The earthwork to the said building comprising the parcel Total amount payable 15% of unit purchase price about RM40k". I am worried, i thought its DIBS, until completion only start to pay installment. Can someone explain me?

Hi, I am newbie in buying property. The simple question "How to see the interest of buying a house?" like, i saw iproperty.com.my calculator states 6.6% interest rate. I kinda confuse, do every bank offer the same rate? & how to see the interest rate that they offer?
