I have happen it 3 time arealdy in these 2 month (every time want to wait 3~8 days, to let the Tech people to solve).

My streamyx is RM88 1.0 mbps
My streamyx only can use on working hours (round 8am until around 4.30pm).
Except these time, my DSL light will keep blinking until nextday.
But, if that was lucky, The DSL are not blink, this will hard to Connect (Show error msg 678 or 691). If can connect, all the website can't surf (can detect the site, but no sent or receive on it). And after few minit the line will disconnect and keep blinking.

Every time make the report to 1300-88-9515, will tell to follow the stupid troubleshooting. (unplug all cable and close the modem it few minit. Or by pass the splitter) This are not work!!! When go to TM center, find the top level people complaint, the dsl line will turn back to normal use 24/7. But after 1~2 weeks, the problem will occur again.

So, did any have this experience before? can have some idea to solve it?

Again, start from the problem happen, my BT speed also drop to not more than 10kb.
