Carbon fiber vs FRP hood?

Im looking to get vented hoods for my rempit car, need airflow, hot engine when standstill can feel the heat through dashboard.

any advantage of getting CF hood?

Dont care much about looks, performance the reason to get the vents. I rather not have CF looks to avoid thieves.

2nd hand car blown head gasket

I just bought a used car and received it tuesday last week.

Weekend used it for long distance and found the temperature sudden rise. After going through workshops, the problem with the car is the head gasket blown.

To repair this would take a substantial amount of money.

I referred back to the shop they mentioned will repair, however i am not confident on whether it could be 'fully' repaired.

So i went to kpdnkk, my two options :

1. Self repair and claim up to 25k.
2. Get a lawyer, sue them or ask to return the mpney. (not sure how much this will cost.

Anyone here with any experience on this.

I think dogs are good companions, the household one but the strays and the ones which owners dont take care of is troublesome.

I cycle around and also use electric scooter. Cant even go around my housing area, got these gangster dogs guarding their area, will chase on sight, for now got 3 streets from my house which i cannot go through.

Before thought of cycling to my old neighborhood just to get some feels but no use if always in danger lol.

Other racing what u think? These dogs only trolling? No harm?

Roadhoggers car

This poll only applies to roadhoggers club ( stay in right lane dont want to give way, say speed limit 110kmh).

I never understood roadhogger mentality until i had to drive myvi 1.3, 110 already feel like the car giving a lot of effort, if go in mid lane later want to go back fast lane difficult no pickup.

but still i move over if someone come fast.

Cant set 120-144hz refresh rate

My GPU just died so currently running on my I5 HD530 IGPU at the moment.

I tested on dota2 and csgo, fps can get 100+.

I cant set the refresh rate to more than 60hz at 1080p resolution. at 1024x768 only can set the resolution at 120hz.

my setup:

Mobo : z170m-plus
Proc : i5-6600k
monitor : benq xl-2411t
have DVI-D dual link cable, previously running at 144hz with GPU no problem.

CPU can kill PSU?
