Bad Hostel Management - Kampus West City Kampar

1/6/2015 - I have rent a hostel under the management Kampus West City Kampar under Masa Handal Sdn Bhd

They promised me that I will get 1mbps internet line

When I check in the hostel room , I realised that when i switch on the light , the main switch jump ( short - circuit ) and the air - conditional that provided not cooling at all and the internet that provide only below 0.5mpbs max
Afternoon, I complaint to the management. and the management promise me will fix it in a fews days.

8/6/2015 - I go complaint again. They say Friday...ok?

12/6/2015 - They say next week again ....

12-today ( 3/7/2015 ) - complaint more than 10 times already but still not yet fix...

THIS STUPID MANAGEMENT WANT ME TO LIVE IN A ROOM WITHOUT LIGHT AND AIR-CON IS IT?

Who know where can i lodge a complaint for the company to take action?

How come there is this kind of campaign?

I am living at my hostel at UTAR Kampar currently...sometime is very hard to connect to internet even I Enable Data of my phone for a long time. If connected the speed also very slow even can't load a Google page.The line is under contract for 2 years and I left almost 4GB quota every month because even I download for 24/7 the quota wont be exceed even 1GB...The speed is so slow
What should I do now? I don't want to waste my money just like that every month.

PS: I can get a good speed in my home town but why here can't?
