Asking for a favor

Guys, I've a favor to ask here, anyone who're working in Berjaya Times Square or Plaza Lowyat or staying nearby can let me know whether the Highpoint Service Centre is open or not? I tried to call them just now but no one answered. But when I called the customer service, they did told me that the Times Square branch is open.

Recently, some of my laptop's keypad do not work out, its like you press on it but it is not registered in the screen. So, few days ago I went to the Highpoint and submit the laptop for warranty for the replacement of my keypad.

And this morning, when I try to call them again, they told me that they already fixed the keypad but he problem is now that the hard disk is spoiled. I was like, what the hell is wrong with my hard disk since am just asking for a keypad replacement?

Can any sifus out there try to clarify this out? Changing the keypad will spoil the hard disk? And what's pissed me off more is that, they're waiting for the hard disk to arrive from HQ, and they told me that it can be fixed after CNY. Is this due to the poor skills of the technician of Highpoint?

Drop in Laptop Performance

Guys, I've been facing this problem recently, its like everything running slow or it can be said that the laptop will freeze randomly when I do multi-tasking. And also while playing Starcraft 2, there are random freeze in the middle of the game for a few seconds and after that its continue smoothly.

I didn't face this problem before, any clue with this sifus out there?

Acer eRecovery

I was trying to create the backup disk just now, it stated that its 12GB+ and need 4 blank DVD. After finish burning it, it state that its just Recovery1 and I still need to create another set of it and suddenly, all lights in my room are black up, no electricity! So, what I wanna ask here is that, what actually is with the 2nd set, isn't it I already finish burning it?

fps dropped by half?

What could actually cause this to happen? I was playing SC 2 and that after some times I had to go out to have my dinner, so I simply flip down the screen so it go SLEEP mode. But then, when am back from my dinner, I notice that my fps had dropped half to what it usually be on the same screen, any clue with this sifus out there?

Receive my SC 2 yesterday and try it out. Its kinda weird that I can only play it smoothly in Medium setting while the review has stated that it can at least run it good on High. Anyone has clues with this?

After few days of using the Acer 5943G, while playing Left 4 Dead, the game will suddenly shut down on its own, anyone have any clues with this? By the way, is Zalman NC2000 suit this laptop?

Looking for gaming laptop

Gotta get myself a laptop for college due to the assignments and beside that am a gamer aswell, would like a good GPU if possible for better gaming experience eg Starcraft 2, Modern Warfare 2, Crysis etc.

Any suggestions? So far, Asus N82JQ and Dell Studio 15 are attracting me.
