An iPod Touch Question

Hey all, I have one question.

Has anyone synced the 32gb iPod Touch (1st or 2nd Generation) with maybe 3000 songs, about 300 Albums and all with artwork?

The next question is, when there is maybe 3000 songs, or around 15gb worth, will it lag? You know, the cover flow and all, does it lag?

The reason why I am asking this is because I realised a significant reduce in performance of iTunes when there is alot of albums (or maybe my computer is just slow lar).

Hopefully someone can clarify this with experience...

Hello, currently, I am trying to build a new computer, not too new but most major parts will be. This is what I have on mind:

Intel q9450
4gb Rams
XFX 9800gtx

Ok, here are my problems.

I do not know what motherboard to get. I guess my budget is around 600 +-.
Pci-e 1.1 on the p35 or Pci-e 2.0 on the nforce 750i. (how much difference on performance will it affect??)
I will not be doing SLI.
I will not be doing overclocking (maybe mild ones) and
I just want a really stable board that doesnt give me issues.

I am currently looking at Asus or Gigabyte boards.

Power supply is another concern for me. Is the Cooler Master M520 sufficient or do I need to go to M620?

Gosh, this is really giving me a complete headache.....

Oh, the rest of the parts I will be using back my old parts

Which processor do you think is better? the Intel q6600 or the e8400? Which one would be a better buy?

Its just performance that I am really looking for and maybe some of you can enlighten me.

And oh, which Motherboard is better? the Asus P5NE32-SLI or the P5N-D?
