A-level Exam result

Hey guys what is meant by provisional results for a-level? I checked in cambridge website they said,

"We will publish the provisional results of the Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level and Cambridge International AS and A Level June 2011 exam series on CIE Direct on 10 August at 23.01 UTC. Schools can issue these results to candidates immediately.
Cambridge Pre-U results will be published on CIE Direct on 17 August 2011. Results must not be given to candidates until 18 August 2011."

Difference between finance and accounting

I will like to ask can anyone help me to tell what is the difference between degree in Finance and degree in Finance & accounting? Cause i do not have basic in accounting and i was in science stream when i was in secondary school.

guys, i have just reformated my computer with windows xp.but now i cant seem to connect to the internet,and the display of my computer is very low.Do i have to install any driver, if i should can anyone guide me thru the process. thank you.
