A too judgeMENTAL bf

Hi my friend needs help. She has a bf that is too judgemental and loves to pick a fight by bringing up her past. My friend was not that decent girl next door type of girl, she was pretty outgoing and loved to socialize until she met her current bf, she changed for him because he was the total opposite of her. Now she always comes complaining at me how her bf is too controlling and IMHO, too paranoid. How to change this kind of attidude?

First of all I'm sorry if this is a recycled topic but what do you think of girls/guys you meet in club? If not most, some people have this "mind set" that they shouldn't date someone they met in a club because they are "bad" as in not a good bf/gf material. What do you think of this? Any good or bad experience?

I got an issue here. Well, I was from a government university before this. I wanted to change my major so I decided to change my university as well. I asked around for recommendations and my friend recommended me to this private university college. Long story short, I went to that campus and started asking around about the course structure and fees. I was well-informed with everything and they said I have to pay RM1k ++ for application ONLY. So there was 50/50 chance to get accepted. They explained to me before I register for my course that I have to sit for the English Placement Test. After days of consideration, although there was a huge risk to take, I proceeded to the next step, I paid the RM1k and prepared all the documents. There was 6 levels of English and I was pretty sure my English was not bad at all, not excellent but perhaps, above average. I expected for an exemption or AT LEAST be put in level 6. So I did the test although I could use IELTS instead but since they offered me to conduct the test for free which the usual price is RM500 (if i'm not mistaken) , I couldn't resist the temptation, so I just went for it. Out of my surprise they placed me in level 4. I was shocked because level 4 is usually for students who can't converse well in English. I insisted them to show me my result and where I did wrong but they refused, saying that I did so badly for my essay part which was only 100words long! And the test was easy to be honest. I was so pissed off, whoever marked my paper purposely failed me. They said my tenses were all over the place, THE F! I used the simplest tense because the essay was so easy, easier than UPSR standard! And I'm sure I can speak better English than some of them! Now since I have to take the English class from level 4, I have to pay RM1,500 for each level. My application money is not refundable. And suddenly there's a lot of hidden charges that they didn't explain to me earlier. Total amount I have to pay for registration is almost to RM6k ++! I feel cheated.

Questions on iPhone

I'm currently in Singapore and one of my cousins is using iPhone 4, the rest mostly 3Gs. I'm really interested in purchasing the new iPhone. So I recently went to SG Apple website and saw the price, my questions are:

1. Is the price the retail Price or I need to order through the web for that price? (shipping takes up to 3 weeks)
2. 4G uses micro sim, does any provider in Msia provide this?
3. Can I simply buy any iPhone in Spore and use it in Malaysia? or do I need to look for a specific one like the unlock/lock etc?

Sorry to ask all these weird and lame questions, I'm so blur, never used an iPhone before. So I might be a potential user soon! Help me, thanks!

Help on choosing

I'm planning to buy a new Blackberry after seeing my partner using one. I've been 'hijacking' his phone so often that I've decided to get one for myself. He's using curve 8520. I initially wanted to buy the same model as his but after contemplating for quite some time, I decided not to because 1) camera is not so impressive and 2) too many friends are using it. So now I have 3 potential models that I'm interested with; Storm 9500, Javelin 8900 and Bold 9000. I need experts advice on which one I should go with. My top choice is Storm as I like touch screen phone more but after seeing the reviews, I have 2nd thoughts. And another question, can Storm function like 8520 does? I mean like using Celcom BB plans, BBM, UberTwitter etc? And last question, if I were to install new apps, will it be saved in the internal memory or external? Thanks
